From The Field To Leadership

LaWanda Carter developed her experience through residential construction, rehabilitation, project coordination, contractor oversight, and direct work with homeowners and property stakeholders throughout Hampton Roads.

That experience became the foundation of ProSphere Building Solutions—a Virginia Class A contracting company focused on roofing and exterior solutions, construction management, owner’s representation, new construction, and community-focused residential development. LaWanda leads the company with an emphasis on accountability, clear communication, quality, and responsible project delivery.
